THE MUD MANAGER BY VERSA-DRILL
Compact mud system powered by the rig auxiliary hydraulics to replace your mud pit and shovel, increase rig life, reduce product loss and clean-up of the drill site. One-man operation. Standard with dual screens and 3-cone de-sanding. Available mounted on deck or hung behind rig.

AUXILIARY ROD HANDLING SYSTEM
Manually stores and positions 20’ or 30’ drill rod five pieces at a time. The drill rod can be positioned on the left or right side of the unit and features four swing-out hydraulic leveling jacks.
Powered by the auxiliary hydraulics of the drilling rig and operated by a wired remote control, the unit weighs approximately 8,000 lb. Skid mounted and fits in a standard trailer (6.5’ W x 35.35’ L).

The 60” breakout wrench is likely the most used tools in the industry. The tool is often modified to mount onto a drill rig which can lead to failure, downtime, and injury. Versa-Drill has engineered a safe replacement breakout wrench to mount onto any drill rig.
Matrix manufactures a complete range of drill pipe diameters, lengths, mid grades, and wall thicknesses to suit our customer’s specific requirements. Plasma arc welding technology enables Matrix to offer light wall drill pipe to increase ease of handling, relative hoisting capacity, and the ability to minimize truck load capacity required to transport drill pipe to the field or alternatively we can supply a heavy wall pipe.
